Yoga
My YTT, Yoga Teacher Training, experience helped me learn about proper postures, the importance of breathwork while moving into different poses, and understanding the spiritual side of yoga.
Most of the classes I teach are restorative yoga. It reduces stress, improves flexibility, loosens the ligaments in your body and most of the poses or asanas, offer a deeper stretch.
I also teach a vinyasa class. This is more of a flow of asanas that connect you with your breath. This class is at a faster pace and helps you relax, strengthen your core, improve energy levels and balance.
